The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is the best part of the day, with a wide selection of delicious food. The location is perfect for hiking and is also close to the Higher Tatras if you have a car. The hotel has beautiful woodcarvings and wood-art as part of its authentic decor.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with twin beds that were very comfortable. Plus, the breakfast selection was absolutely delicious. I also loved the fact that the hotel is located near the bus station, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. this hotel provides great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The dining hall is especially nice, with superb facilities and delicious food. The room is airy, wide, and clean, with a sofa room and balcony overlooking the hotel's back side and river. The bathroom is modern and the staff is friendly. The wood construction of the building adds to its authenticity.

Amazing Traditional Architecture & Great Breakfast Selection

We loved the traditional architecture of the hotel, it gave us a unique experience that added charm to our stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with various options to choose from and really good coffee. The location was perfect, being close to both the city center and the ski resort. The staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful with everything we needed.

we had noisy neighbors who made loud noises throughout the night. Nonetheless, this does not undermine our great experience at the hotel and all the other amenities that they provided.

language barrier

The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options available. the location was convenient as it was close to the highway and ski slopes were within reasonable driving distance. the spa facilities were excellent, especially the outside jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax.
